10/15 Poly Booking

I got in the hold queue right at 8 AM and there is already two hour wait. I wanted to make sure I did it right so I tried calling on my cell and now they are not taking any new calls. Going to be a long morning.
 
Does this include existing Poly owners or only those adding on in the last few weeks?

Is it only by phone?
 
I called exactly at opening (9 Eastern) and I was quoted 90 minute wait. Also the website is crashing for me to put in waitlist requests
 

I called at 8:59 It took about 45 min. I was able to get the dates I wanted but had to book a theme park view.

Called at 9:00, got through at 10:05.

Was able to switch a 2-night stay in May from Standard Studio (sleeps 5) to Tower Standard Studio (sleeps 4).

We usually prefer the "sleeps 5" so the kids have separate beds, but DD will still be at college so this should work out well and we'll see how it compares...

Website now shows the new reservation with the following alert:

After being on hold for 1.5 hours I was able to get Standard view one bedroom for March 9-13. So excited!
 
After 90 minutes I got through: got two bedroom standard view in Feb, and two bedroom TP view in June. Two bedroom preferred was not available for either of those dates.
 
Interesting that "the frenzy" of this morning seems to have sputtered out by mid-day? I called MS at 4:30, totally forgetting that today was "opening day" for Poly owners to book the new Towers (I wanted to renew my Sorcerer's Pass, so wasn't calling to book anything, anywhere). I got through with no wait at all, and did my renewal without any problems....after that, the CM asked if there was anything else she could help me with and I put in a request for an SSR stay in Feb (not yet having "noticed" that today was "opening day" at the Poly Towers)....again, no problems, no issues. So all those hour+ hold times and inability to even get into the queue seem to have not lasted very long? Hope everyone got through and got what they wanted!
 
We experienced the same. The CM told us their phone lines had been down first thing in the morning.
