By golly by gee!
I think I've created a poet out of thee!
Keep us up here on page one!
It's where the cruisin' plans are done!

Is there a method to deciding who gets off the boat first at ports?

Last time we were docked 1/2 day before we decided to go explore, so there wasn't a waiting line.

Isn't it first come/first served? Us being on Deck 2this time will make for short ways at ports anyway ;)

It is definitely first come first served! Or most shoved! If you dont like tight spaces, gve it a little time to clear out, the last two we were on we lft as soon as possible and there was a tad bit of a crush to get off!

:thanks: Interesting. I guess it could get tricky if you had an early excursion.

Yup,
this could really get tricky as we probably will have to use tenders in Cozumel.

:cheer2: :cheer2: I just signed up for the cruise! :cheer2: :cheer2:

I am really looking forward to meeting all of you. Maybe by October I'll have read all 400+ pages in this thread :rotfl2:

:daisy: Daisy

Daisy,
WELCOME to the group! I wouldn't even TRY to read all 400 pages! YIKES! We are a talkative bunch! Just jump on in and enjoy!
Can you tell us a bit about yourself? Are you cruising alone? With friends or family? We are a family of 4 and the boys will be 9 and 11 when we cruise. I hope to get to know you better!

Welcome aboard, Daisy :wave2:

We hope that our thread will be an incentive to boost your post-count - one more and your average will be 1 per year ;)

I have connections to the Pacific Northwest too: My company's headquarters are located there.

Thank you Michele and Viking for the warm welcome!

I have been on two 4-day Wonder cruises with my sister and her family before but this time it looks like I will be solo.

I think this thread is going to be a real danger to my professional lurker status! Two posts in one day! :bounce: :bounce:

Eric -- Do you really think we will have to use tenders in Cozumel? Went there on Celebrity a couple of years ago and we tied up at the dock. Were we just lucky?

Jean

Or is it because of recent hurricane damage? I guess I do remember hearing about problems at Cozumel. Actually, I thought we were doing Costa Maya instead of Cozumel - or is that Grand Cayman? Can you tell that we really don't care where we go as long as we are with this great group!

Jean

Welcome Lakadaisy! We're so glad you decided to jump right into this forum. Don't worry about the previous 400 pages....we still have over 5 months worth of posting to go! This is a great bunch of people and i'm sure you'll be happy cruising with us. I look forward to meeting you!

Welcome Daisy!!! So glad that the work week is over. Another couple of weeks and we get a 4 day week for May 2-4 weekend! (a celebration of the Queen's birthday here in Canada but unofficially the start of summer beer season).

Fiona

Daisy,
I just sent you a PM. Please check it and reply ASAP - Thank you :wave2:

Folks,
check out your mailboxes - List #37 has just arrived.

Daisy,
your mail arrived just a tad late to make it onto The List, but you'll be in the next edition. I just sent you a mail giving you some info and extending a further invitation - check it out :wave2:

Greetings, all!

Eric, thanks for the updated list.

Daisy, Welcome!

Well, I now know that spring has arrived in Minnesota, as I mowed the lawn for the first time today. Yippee! :woohoo:

You've only mowed grass once? I think I have mowed at least a half a dozen times! And it's growing so fast that I am thinking I'll have to mow 2 times a week for a while! I was going to mow again today, but I just took the dog out and it's starting to sprinkle...it'll have to wait for another day!

Eric, thanks for keeping the list up to date!

Everyone enjoy thier Sunday!
