1-year-old cruise photo CD!

I'm attempting to export photos from a pre-purchased photo CD from a Disney cruise with a boarding date of 12/18/17 (yup, a year ago). With intense dread, I think I know the answer to this question, but I'll ask anyway.

From your experiences, is there any chance I'll be able to get my photos?!

I submitted a help ticket to "Our Cruise Photos" today when I realized my CD was only thumbnails, but I'm a bit panicked waiting for a response and suspect a reply won't come soon.

I installed the photo software about two weeks after our cruise from my mother's retirement community where there was no internet, so there was no opportunity to download. We looked through the thumbnails, assuming all full-size images were there. I decided to print them for Christmas this year and now can't see any more than a proof sheet of 80 images. Nothing much happens when I click on each image (no larger image pops up to view).

I feel rather ill.

I received a USB, but it had all the photos on it. Are you sure they are just thumbnails? I didn't have to download any software, though. Wait, did you buy everything or just a selection of photos?

A USB drive would have been better! It's a disc with downloadable software included. It was a pain because I own a Mac and had to buy an external CD drive to install the software and view the images. Sadly, I'm sure they're just thumbnails. I only see small images that are less than 1 sq in each.

I don't remember how it worked with the CD, but with the USB they load all the pictures on it but then just unlock based on what you purchased. There's a chance that somewhere on the disk are all your pictures, have you tried browsing the folders on the disk outside the software?
