any tips please :thumbsup2

i am going with my 2 friends on the 2nd November staying at POP....i have been before but my 2 pals haven't but are leaving the planning up to me  any davice on the best way to do it?

cheers guys :)

I always start with working out park opening hours and work out from that which park I want to be in. I usually go for extra morning magic hours and avoid the evening ones myself.

I also work out where I want to eat if I am on the dining plan so that helps me decide which parks I am going to be in for the day

Have fun planning

I would get your friends together and make a list of must dos in each park and hit them first then anything else in a bonus :thumbsup2

just wondering what are people's tips and what they do in terms of planning!! wish i had longer :sad2: but hey ho i week is better than none :rolleyes1

thanx for your help

I like touringplans.com - you have to pay approx $10 dollars to subscribe but it gives you a best park to go to each day and also a touring plan for each day i.e what order to do things.

Also have a look at menus on allears so you know the best options eg at lunchtime in MK you can say to your friends your options are a burger here pecos bill or fried shrimp at columbia harbour house - what do you fancy?

thank you very much for your help :thumbsup2 i will defo say that to the girls :)

check opening hours, and a 'busiest days guide', which will tell you which parks are best to avoid on certain days.

Tough when there's 3 of you, but if you all agree beforehand what you want to do on which day, it shouldn't be a problem. Also, when you check opening hours, also look at which days the fireworks displays are on. I think MK fireworks are only on certain days, so if you all really want to see that, make sure you're at MK on that day.

Maybe leave a couple of days blank, and when you're out there each take it in turn to decide where you want to go back to? Or perhaps a day shopping on I-drive?

Good luck! Love planning for a holiday.... I'm actually a bit jealous as my planning is all done.

they are leaving the planning to me lol....i gave them my guide book and got them both put a cross by what they really want to do so will include those!! also good point about the fireworks hadn't thought of that

thank you i'm sure we will :thumbsup2 and you will just have to go again next year, so you can do some more planning....have a great trip :)
I would get this book:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/PassPorters...082X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1313513795&sr=8-1

It really helps with the planning. I get a new one every year.

Rachel.

thank you for that will go and sneek a peep and buy one
