I'm going to wdw the 1st week in Dec. w/my 16yoDD and 17yofriend of hers. Now my friend and her 2 DD's might go w/us. Should we stick with 2 rooms at POP or find Mod or Deluxe that fits us all in? Are there any resorts w/2 bathrooms in a suite? Thanks.

6 people need 2 rooms. You will be too cramped otherwise! All the Deluxes and Port Orleans Riverside have a limit of 5 people (6 if 1 is under the age of 3). The other moderates only allow 4 people. The only places that will allow 6 to a room are the Disney Vacation Club Resorts (a 2 bedroom villa, very expensive) or the Fort Wildreness cabins. I would go with the 2 rooms at POP :).

Definitely two rooms. The extra space will keep you from going insane.

We have six people in just our immediate family, so I've done quite a lot of calculating the costs of this. The best deal while staying on-site always seems to be getting two (connecting or adjoining) rooms at a Value Resort. If discounts come out or you're willing to pay the extra, 2 rooms at a Mod would be even better... as they have more amenities... better pools, incl. slide & Hot tubs... more space in rooms, etc. The DVC resorts are not cheaper and neither are any of the suites. In fact they can often more than double your cost for accomodations.
