$1 offer back on popcorn refills?

here now heading to Parks my DH insists he saw refill offer in DCA - I know I didn't see it in DL... anyone confirm?

They were selling an AP popcorn bucket ($15) in DL that was good for $1 refills through 10/31 (the bucket sales were supposed to end on 9/30 according to the signage I saw last week). I didn't see an AP bucket in DCA. There were $1 refill deals (for AP holder) in DCA earlier this year (spring?), but I don't recall seeing one recently.

But yeah. I saw 9/30 for stop date on bucket sales.

They had them Friday and Saturday when we were there. Bought one and used it for the weekend. Sunday we got a refill and I did not see any more buckets out. Perhaps some locations have them still, but they were supposed to stop selling them. They would not refill the old buckets though.

They had the buckets yesterday morning. We went to buy one around 1pm and they were sold out.

Good luck actually getting a refil in DCA. I was there couple weeks ago, and every DCA popcorn location was selling the oogie boogie bucket, so had a 30-45 min wait.
