we were thinking of doing a 1 night/2 day stay in May, probably at the DLH (maybe even castle club). We are only going over to france for 7 nights with keycamp from saturday 5th may and want to do DLP for a couple of days midweek. If we do any more than one night we will be wasting nights back at the camp site but we don't want to tag it on to the begininng or the end as we want to avoid the weekend.

We have just come back from 4 nights and are doing 14 nights at WDW next year so it's only a quick fix and a birthday treat for me, and I'm pretty sure we can get everything done we want to in 2 days, especially if we are in the DLH.

What do you think?

Somes a really great idea.

Especialy for a birthday treat, the meals are allways good in the parks restaurants etc.

Go for it :thumbsup2

If its busy (not sure if this is easter as I never know when that holiday is) the castle club VIP pass will help alot.

I've done a day trip, and loved it!! :teeth: I think your idea sounds great :thumbsup2

Thanks

It's definatly not easter, but it is the week including the UK may bank holiday which is 7th May (and my birthday) and i was planning on doing the tues/wed after the bank holiday.

We did a 2day/1 night while staying in gite. Similarly we just stayed away from house and everyone had a great time.
Go for it :thumbsup2

You would be surprised how much one can do in a short time at DLP with good planning.
