When you are part of an eligible group your group generally either sends a link or has a link on their conference page.
It is a site. I however, did not give you the link because you aren't attending my conference. Had you been attending you would have received a link.
Having seen these numerous times I will warn you the pricing varies. Larger conventions get better prices IMHO.
And Disney does check to make sure you are part of the conference. For this conference my coworker tried to buy tickets a few days before the organizer got her in the system and got told "not eligible" but once she received registration info she got the deals.
Understood. I wasn't complaining about the link, I was just simply trying to explain what it was.
I will check into the details of what applies to the specific convention that my wife is attending. I know that it is a rather large one if that helps the cause.
So I couldn't get back in the room with no battery so I went back down and talked to the concierge to get a folio and buy my ticket. He was appalled at what had occurred and gave me a folio, put in the work order for the door, issued a $50 room credit and gave me a one day park hopper with water park add on ticket. It went back to bad with the room service rare steak and no sides and the 3 am Magical Express luggage delivery. Yet the next day, during a great thunderstorm, I used my pass and went to Epcot for my Le Cellier reservation. The service was great, the atmosphere was nice, little wait time. I didn't care much for the seating of being placed between two parties on a bench seat. The soup and bread were amazing. I ordered the filet well done. She asked if I wanted it butterflied or left whole. I said whatever would result in the best flavor. When the filet arrived it was half the size of the filets the table next to me received (more than enough but still very disproportionate). So don't order well done is the lesson of the day. The risotto was amazing as well. Definitely a first for me and I can add this restaurant to my visited list as well as Whispering Canyon Café and Narcoossee's. Btw, the rest of the week was uneventful at the Contemporary and I loved the convenience of the monorail from a tower room. Thanks all for the advice on the restaurants and the tickets.
