1 day/2 park with transfer deal?

Has anyone used the new deal 1 day/2 park with transfer from a Disney Resort? Wondering how it works I don't understand if you pick up the tickets at the main gate how do you show Mears your receipt?

We have gone to Universal while staying at Disney but have always taken a cab. If the transfer is included in the price I think it would be worth it as long as the timing of the transportation works.
