1 day/2 park ticket

My family is mostly going to Universal to see Wizarding World of Harry Potter. We are only going for one day. Should we even bother to get the 2 park ticket or do you think that just gettting through WWOHP and the rest of Islands of Adventure would be a full day? We are going at the end of July.

I would just get the one day ticket. You can see WWOHP and ride the water rides for relief from the FL sun. I have a feeling that the crowds are going to be bad as WWOHP will be fully open and you may not make it to the Universal side. You can always add it to your ticket at Guest Services if needed.

If you somehow have extra time, the Studios side is well worth seeing though. I'm hoping that the big crowds will stay at IOA and that the Studios won't be as mobbed.
