1 Counter Service Needed..HELP???

DH is not a fan of counter service, but I talked him into a counter service lunch for one day, because that night we are eating at emerils and want to be hungry for it LOL.....Please give me your counter service suggestions and why for IOA..thanks so much...FYI the most important elements for me are theming, not so much price or food. Thanks

The Enchanted Oak Tavern is one that we really enjoyed. It's themed well and the food was decent and came in huge quantities.
