1 and 1/2 hours on hold, not nice Disney

Just hung up and gave up on booking keys to the kingdom tour. On hold for an hour and a half. Kiss off Disney! Now I will find some other way to spend my time and NOT give you my money.
It just keeps getting worse and worse

Gosh I wish when you’re spending this amount of money they’d have a “virtual phone queue” too, I.e. have them call YOU back in the order your call was received. Sorry—that sucks.

Based on your user name... Have you done the Marceline to Magic Tour? On that tour, it usually takes you backstage to the Haunted Mansion (you enter through he back of the ride and get to stand under the attic/ next to the organ player and the ghosts sitting at the dining table. VERY COOL experience

I have never understood why these tours can't just be booked online.
