Help
I've lost the new 1-800 # for booking resort reservations (CRO, not WDTC)...I remember that they have changed it since I last booked, but I wrote the number down in that "safe" place:confused3
thanks

Any 1-800 number for Disney is specifically ONLY for travel agents and media inquiries, sorry. That's why Disney keeps changing the number - those who aren't media or TAs keep calling KWIM?

Sorry :flower3:

I too am a TA and have a 1-800 number--but when you think about it-really- there SHOULD be a 1-800 for the general public to be able to call and make reservations?? Marriott has one? Hilton has one? Why should someone wait for ages for an agent on THEIR dime?? I'll never make sense of that!

Why? I bet it has something to do with money and they figure we will call anyway so better we pay the dime than them.

Why? Because anyone can make a reservation using a 1-800 number with pretty much any Hotel/Resort that comes to the top of my head! Just the way I believe Disney should as well! Good Customer Service.

Amen!

Don't get me wrong I agree 100%. I read somewhere that they are saving a small fortune by not having the 1-800 numbers because we the customer will still call, mad about it or not. Maybe if people didn't phone every day to change reservations and ADR's because they can't make up there minds like I read here on the board all the time, they might bring it back.

Well-yes-that makes sense as well. Perhaps they should make reservations available online for 'fine tuning' and certainly Dining should be as well. That way the frequent changes do not tie up the Agents unecessarily and repeatedly.

I must be the only guest that 99% of the time makes NO ADR's!:confused3 I always get to eat where I want it seems..not an issue.
