1.5 Day Plans for Disney World?

I'm going to stay at a Disney World resort with my younger cousin, before my Disney cruise. We are both celebrating our birthdays, but this is still when school is in season, so we only have these two days.
Anyway, I'm wondering does anyone have 2-Day attack plans for the parks? Let me just mention it's going to be my 10th visit to the parks, but my cousin's 2!

Any Ideas would be awesome!

Dates can allude to crowd levels.
You can check out touring plans, disney tourist blog, easy wdw for ideas on how to attack short visits. I would skip the park hopper personally and just do the parks you want to see the most. Likely EPCOT and Magic Kingdom. Have a great trip and cruise.
