We are heading to Disneyland in a couple weeks and will spend one day at DCA (wed), and 1/2 day at DL (thurs). We have been to DL 4-5 times before, were at WDW last August and going to WDW in April 2018. We are traveling with a 3 year old (37 inches) and an 8 year old. We are basically making the trip to show the 3 year old cars land and everything else is just bonus. We are staying at DLH so parks open at 7 am for us.
oh-and the kids don't know we are going. We are heading to California and just tacked this on.
Here's what we want to see.
DCA
Radiator Racers (need to do rider swap)
Luigi's ride
Mater's ride
Toy Story
Soarin (less important).
I anticipate we may go on these rides more then once and will fill in extra time with Bugs land rides, paradise pier rides, One year, my son and I went on Mater's ride maybe 4 times while my husband did Radiator racers.

Toon town/Gadgets go coaster
Casey Jr. train
Storybook canal
Matterhorn
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Tomorrowland Raceway

(1) Which fast passes would you get at DCA and in which order?
(2) How would you order fast passes at DL? or how would you order the rides? My husband doesn't do coasters, so I figured I could take my oldest on the Matterhorn and/or BTMRR while my husband is doing the others.
I imagine we'd arrive at 7:30 AM
We also may do park hoppers but I figured I'd wait and add it on depending on how we are feeling. I'd like to focus on stuff that is different at DL. Once we are there I'll also get input from the kids. (trying to keep the trip under wraps).
