Glad to hear that you are safe, and had no damage! I will keep your husband in my thoughts and prayers that he stays safe, along with everyone else in the storms path!

Thanks sooooo much... I used to be a SAT truck Operator too and I know that the job can put you right in the middle of a dangerous situation, but I still worry about him. I just don't want anything to happen while he is covering the storm. I don't want anything to happen to anyone during this storm for that matter.....

For the cruise ! Lets get all this bad weather out of town.

I am about finished with my kitchen remodel, and really looking forward to the cruise.

I created my fish extender, last year I really did not know what it was and folks put stuff on the floor by my door.

I also booked next years trip ... I was getting nervous that I did not have one planned.

Did you guys have a Secong meet planned? I don't know if I can make it to the beach club. If not I will see you all at the Terminal at Port.

I am doing the back to back so I will be on the cruise following. Any else doing the same?

I "Wonder?" who will be the entertainment, last year with Richard Sherman and the Broadway divas it was awesome!

Good morning everyone -happy Wednesday!

I have not logged in for some time but we are looking forward to getting together with Disboards folks. We did #3 Medcruise and had a blast with about 15 or so families who we met prior to the cruise via Disboards.

My DW just returned from a 3 day and met Rachael who was the cruise director on our Med cruise. It will be interesting to see if she will be on this cruise. I will sign up for the button! Neat idea. The Med cruisers did a similar identification.

Welcome Smillingjack!!! You are going to have a wonderful time. I like your wife would love to go on a cruise every month if I could.... LOL

I just wanted to send well wishes to all of you in Central and North FL while you ride out FAY. Things are OK here in West Palm now although the wind is still howling. I know that when Fay comes back after going into the ocean that they think she will be a Cat 1 hurricane. 45 minutes north of here there is severe road flooding and a few more tornados touched down. There was a possible tornado here in Palm Beach Gardens as well. It was about 3 miles from my apt. Be Safe as the storm passes through your areas. My husband is on his way to the northern east coast of FL now to do AM live shots with a crew from NBC News so I am hoping it all goes well for him as well.

Definitely keeping everyone in the path of the storm in our prayers.

Hi Bruce! We do have a second meet up planned for Sunday on board. We know the time (3pm) but I don't think we've made a final decision on place. What does everyone think of doing it in the Promenade Lounge? In the past we've done them up on deck 10 but had people complain it was to hot out there. The good thing with the lounge is that we wouldn't have to move if the weather doesn't agree with us.

We had our Med Cruise DIS Meet in the Promenade last summer. It worked out very well. We had a large crowd, but everyone seemed able to mingle and enjoy.

Joan thanks for doing such a great job trying to get us all into Parlo's. Well as you said we will have to leave early get onboard and hope we get in. Al;so I see the dining plan is coming together and again Joan your doing a great job.
Mary sounds like we will all have to try to get onboard early if we want to get th brunch. Mary will we as a group on the Saturday meet decide where we want the meet onboard?

Good morning Dan. No I think we can make a decision in the next couple of days on that. Then we'll post it in the first post on this thread and also on the web page. That way everyone is aware of it.

I hope my reply gets posted. Just sent one to WDWLVR but for some reason it seemed like it was posted on someother thread.

We are looking forward to our first member cruise. DW has been on maybe 12 Disney cruises. She would go each month!

It is a lot of fun to meet Disboards folks. We did this on the Med #3 cruise last summer.
