Mandy - we're spending a day and a half at Disney coming in Friday afternoon and then leaving early Sunday. Just enough time to do a few things but not much. We have stayed at the port the night before other cruises like our April cruise where we stayed at the Hampton Inn. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Remember to leave space when packing. The items that Disney leaves on your beds each day in the past could fill a 21" suitcase.

I have the same number of ES as I do pirates

Ok, quick question. How many of you stay at Disney for the one night before and then leave for the port? Meaning you only will stay that Saturday night? What is your reason if you do.

We are but this is the first time we have tried it this way. We can't leave before Saturday AM so coming earlier is out. We could stay near the port - which we have done before and it is fine - but since we were doing the Disney cruise we wanted to "Disney" as much as possible. I think the 3pm Meet and Greet at BCV pushed us over the edge to stay on property. We also thought we'd be able to run over to Downtown Disney in the evening and do some shopping. I think mostly it was just a desire to start the "magic" as early as possible before we get on the "Wonder".

We're actually bringing an empty suitcase. There's five of us. Last time we went on the Member Cruise (05) we had to mail a big box back home.

Thanks Mary...Not trying to rub it in at all!! Well...Maybe just a little...
We do need a break...it will be nice just the 2 of us for a few nights. We have planned nothing for the 3 night except R&R!
