Good evening friends!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Cinco de Mayo!! We celebrated in class today with some Mexican music, tacos, rice, tortilla chips, guacemole, and nacho cheese. Ohhhh, and churros!! My class loved it. We also made Serapes(sp). Serapes are the woven vests/shawls people in Mexico wear...well, at least that is what my teaching book said!! Came home and had some wine....life is good.

Did anyne catch Oprah today?? I guess she had something Disney related today.
