I have 2 batteries for my Camsorder and 3 for my dig Camera but all charged and ready to go and I have the cords all wound up ready to be packed....Time to change the sheets on the bed and fold some clothes.....

Yes Im a man and I fold and change sheets is that a bad thing???? Wow what has become of me.....LOL.... Well breaks over chat soon....

Yes, you're right, I should be packing... but I don't wanna' I come from a long line of women that have been heard yelling, "hold the plane" so I think I'll pack Tuesday night before I drive to Portland on Wednesday. What's that about? Is it anti-climactic? Why do I have such a block on packing for the trip? Is anyone else putting it off?

So, I will head on out to Bend for the fair now...I made my goal! I think I'll just leave my 999 posts there until something good comes along...

It's a crescent moon, and I'm going to the doctor on Wednesday for my third laser treatment...ouch.

I have a sudden urge to pack...it must have been a post-induced block... nothin got done until the 1000 post mark. Hmmm looks like there's dishes to do, also.

Oh i had a major block all week..and it was stressing me out...time was passing and nothing was getting done...but I forced myself to get started last night and now i feel sooooo much better!!! my motivation is back...and Im actually feeling excited instead of just saying it....

O.k. now I know why my sexual preference gets questioned... that's just wrong! Maybe after the fair I'll look forward to packing for the cruise. The faire was the huge countdown even marker for the cruise (this weekend the fair, next weekend the cruise) so maybe Monday, it will all hit me. I think I am going to need a pill to get through Mondya and Tuesday at work. 8 hours seems like a lot of wasted time at work when I can be at home typing... I mean packing...

You didn't say anything about my new stone...do you like it? Safety Deposit box right away for that baby... I tend to put things in "safe places" and then they don't resurface for years.

My DD8 says she has the same dream before every cruise: Somehow we get to take our van on the cruise ship with us.. you know, like a ferry.

But I guess that would make excursions much easier!

All you Ipod users: My DD has a Ipod Shuffle, and it comes with the little string that goes around the neck. We spend 10 minutes trying to untangle the string and earphone wires each time she wants to use it. I know they make a clip that attaches to the shuffle, so she could slide it onto her waistband, but I just saw one at Target and it was $20!! I can't believe how expensive the Ipod accessories are! Does anyone have any ideas of something I can use that would be similar, maybe something made for something else, but that the shuffle could sit down into and could slide it onto her waistband? In other words, something a whole lot cheaper!!

Just wanted to say hi. In a few minutes-- as soon as I get off the dreaded, addictive thread- I'm going up to sort clothes for packing. We leave Monday AM to drive to VA to get the autotrain.

I have nothing packed. We have a party tonight, two soccer games tomorrow, and I need to buy shorts for WDW.

So gotta go. For everyone leaving today and tomorrow early- have a good trip!

Thea- if you're bringing liquor, you can tour our cabin as many times as you want.

One last question- does anyone know if you can get that Sheridan's coffee and cream liqueur they sell in the Bahamas in Mexico? We had some on our grown ups only RCCL cruise and I really liked it.

I am completely packed. I have packed Hubby, Mads and Me. I am adding small things as I get them, but the majority is done. I have to find seasickness bands and am getting very frustrated trying to find them. Mads is already talking about how she wants certain photos with certain characters for her scrapbook.

Work seems to be dragging these last few days, and a few of my friends tell me that I have hyped it up in my head to be more than it will......that was depressing I think they are just jealous.

I am planning on celebrating my graduation and making up for all the drinking and parting I did not get to partake in while going to college

I am bringing 2 suitcases for each of us plus a carryon. Hubby thinks that will be too much.....but....he will be thanking me when he wants a different outfit and I politely remind him that he should be thankful that I brought 2 suitcases!!

Sorry if this was asked before...who's Spectro? I see it's #1 but who or what is it?

I have been a member longer than my signature shows. Several years ago there was a heated debate over what night time parade was better, MSEP or Spectromagic. To indicate what side of the fence I was on I chose the screen name "Spectromagic is #1". Then one day I was unable to sign in to post. After repeatedly trying to log on I gave up and signed in as a new member. The problem was that I could not pick the same name because it was already taken (by me). The answer was to shorten it to Spectro.
Spectro is short for Spectromagic which according to me is the #1 night time parade.
