DZNEPRINCESS THANKS FOR THE thread...I have been looking for the thread for the 9/6/06 double,,,hoping there was one started. I will be in a cat 7, room 7620 to be exact..this is that room towards the back of the boat where it has a clear verandah but it is slightly obstructed. Looks like a cat 6 room but is considered a 7. Either way...I look forward to it....couldnt get here soon enough.....

thanks again...(so far its just me going...i need to find someone to come with me....my ds18 isnt interested...he has gone eastern and western with me and said this time would be boring even though its different than both of those.) He may change his mind.

Tracy! No wonder you couldnt fins the thread when you were looking for 09/06/06! LOL I am glad you have found us!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANd hey, if I cant get anyone to keep my kids for the entire week, I may be sailing alone too! HEHE But it will be just my DH and I on this sailing (hopefully we can get someone to cooperate and keep the kids). We are meeting up with fellow DISer ericamanda01 with whom we sailed in Sept of 2004.....we just happened to be tablemates by pure coincidence and we hit it off, our DH's hit it off, and it was just good all the way around I hope to make some new friends on this cruise as well, but no one seems to be to talkative right now.....hmmmmm I am also going on the 05/27/06 double scoop and we have over 16000 posts in our thread....A lot of fluff?? YEP...BUT we are getting to know one another and feel like we are friends already! So once we sail together we can go straight to partying! HAHA I hope this thread picks up some....hint hint

Amanda , where has Amanda been? We just got a new addition to our house-a 4 week old kitten named Gabby, our 1 year old cat Gary is not diggin' her too much! I can't get him to come out from under the bed! LOL the whole litter of kittens where abandoned behind a friends business-so because of the sucker I am...brings our tally up to 1 dog, 2 cats, 1 rabbit and 8 fish. there is no more room at the inn!
Amanda you were right, the thread has become very SLOW lately! Come on everyone-get posting! Our neighbors who are also our friends, are thinking about a DCL..I was happy to send her all my info about this cruise-hope she can join us!

I guess we are not worthy! LOL SHe better get to posting or I am going to back out of this cruise! (bold lie! ) As far as the cat goes, well, better you than me. I know you all will hate me for this but I do not like cats! Sure they are all cute and cuddly as kittens, but then they turn into cats Blech.....Well Dinny, it looks like you and I are left to carry on the thread! So lets get this party started.....We are less than a year now, and it is going to fly by! BUt not too fast though,because I promised my DH no cruise in 2007 and we will move to a bigger home So anyways Dinny, we must post post post like mad, lets set a 4 a day post minimum to make up for evreyone else, K??? Maybe we can guilt them into talking with us

Hello everyone! I haven't posted in a while, but I am signing on and keeping up with everyone's posts. I am new to these threads and am spending my time looking through the different forums. I have learned so much from all of you guys. The problem is finding time. Between September and December is always very busy for me. School starts back and almost immediately, my daughter's Pee-wee Basketball team gets started. We have fund raising, practice and then games. This year I am also working hard on fund raising with the local high school's boys basketball boosters. My best friends son is in eighth grade, but is extremely good. He is going to play high school basketball instead of junior high. He will even be on the varsity team. I do not have a son and have unofficially adopted Stuart as my own. I'm so excited. On top of all of this, I am planning my DD's 8th birthday party and our March trip to Disneyland. I honestly do not know if I am coming or going right now. The one thing that I am is a talker and when it becomes time to schedule excursions, spa appointment and Palo, you guys will wish I would shut up. I have a million questions that I am writing down to ask when the time comes.

Excuses excuses Gail But really it sounds like you do have a lot going on! Just pop in and say hi, let us know what is going on in your life. Sure we would love to answer your cruise related questions, but we also want to get to know you, that way, when we actually meet in person,we dont have that akward getting to know you stage, becasue we already will know each other! On my 05/27 thread we have already had several pre cruise mini meets....t has made it even more fun on our thread because now I feel like I know the people I have been talking to for a year! Speaking of that, I will be in the world from 10/21 thru 10/25 for food and wine...is anyone going to be around? Up for a pre cruise mini meet?

I cant believe *I* took the pciture, I am by no means a professional photographer and I cant believe how beautiful it came out. This is my first cruise, so I haven't seen Castaway Cay. I would love to see any picture that you guys have to share of the ports, the ship, or what ever. I have the Disney Cruise Line DVD, and the Disney Cruise Line Passporter. I found a thread were people post pictures, and while they were great, they focused on the people and not the ship or the ports. I keep finding myself saying, "Oh man, what is that in the back ground?"
