Well, UPS delivered our documents in Vancouver WA today. The same truck could have had documents for Battleground...

I think you mentioned flights out of pdx, ours is at midnight on wednesday night with continental...

Im sorry I didnt mention flying at all it was someone else on a diff post.... Kathy and I live in Orlando florida so all we have to do is wake up.... and Load the Jeep and drive to the port....wooo hoooo 45 min drive to the Magic.....

BTW I am feeling so much better now, guess that tequila/vicodin combo did the trick! I am actually at work now and I think I am going to live. Maybe it is all the walking around I have been forced to do...I think laying in bed made me more sore. Is that possible? Anyway, I got Docs (they aren't as "cute" as they used to be) It used to come in a little suitcase looking thing...oh well! The cabin #'s printed on them too, so hopefully we won't get bumped out of our GTY cabin! Are we doing a cabin list? Princess Amanda..huh...are we huh? Did I thank you yet for the brunch?!?! So I called DCL yesterday to find out about our doc's and had our room changed to deck 6. It seemed that more people from our group were on that deck. So does anyone have a master list with everyones names and room numbers. We are in 6138!

It just stinks that I didn't get mine today. I was so excited. Oh well, it's not like we don't still have three weeks before the cruise. My secretary thinks I'm a little crazy.

Make her go on a DCL cruise! Then she will understand! PS what do you do that you have an "EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT"

I am new to the forums, and my family and I are booked for the 9/16/2006 Double Dipper Sailing of the Magic. As a matter of fact, it is a present for my 40th, I mean 29th as well as my son's 4th. It will be the 5 of us, husband and 3 kids - 4, 6, and 9 on our first cruise. We are so excited! If anyone has additional information, please reply!!!

When we cruised last year, we got a fairly large package containing the docs.

This time, it was just a small envelope with a one page letter and one set of docs with everyones name on the first page.

I suspect that it is because we have completed the online forms.

What did everyone else's docs contain?

Nope sometime last year they switched to making one booklet per cabin in stead of one person. Personally I like it. Try carrying around 6 of those things! HAHA

I still haven't gotten my docs. I think they will be going to my sister-in-law house so I should be the last to recieve them!

Can't wait until the cruise. I am almost ready have all my travel size stuff. I just need to take my dress in to get it altered (sp?).

Doris is one of those people who consider a trip downtown as traveling. She takes a her vacation and stays home and cleans her closets out. She told me today that she would rather die than to get on a cruise ship. Bless her heart. She is a great secretary, but she is boring as he.....

As for what I do, I am an attorney. Doris has been with me for a little over three years. She is great. Before her I had a wonderful lady, who as much a friend as an employee. We had far more in common. Her son graduated college and she decided she didn't need to work any more. I say that her leaving hurt worse than my divorce did.
