08' prices

When are 08' prices set?
How soon can we make reservations for Fall 08'?
If we make them and if free dining is offered can we call back and have it added?

I made my November 2008 ressies about 2 months ago through vacationstogo.com, but it is part of the cruise package. Maybe that is why....??

When I called Disney directly about a month ago to compare hotel prices with the deal I got, the CM said rates for Nov. 2008 should be out in a month (which is now)....so anytime I assume!
