Oh this is so, so, so NOT good! Both my reservation, which is thru DU and DD's which is thru DVC tells us we cannot book because either 1) we are not paid in full or 2) all birthdates were not provided to DCL. How can that be?? DVC is paid the day you book and both DD an DSIL's birthdates show on the registration. I paid DU in full 2 months ago and both our birthdates are in there. DCL is going to here from me first thing in the morning. They need to fix this and give us the reservations we would have gotten by staying up tonight!

We are getting the same error!

If I book an excursion and then a month from now decide not to do it.. do I get my money back or once it's booked its booked?

Yes you can cancel and rearrange apointments up until 3 days prior to sailing. At that point you'll be locked out of your reservation and your shipboard account will be charged once you board. The cool thing is you can book a new excursion without canceling your old one first. You just select the new one, and then it'll ask if you want to confirm it and cancel the other one.

OMG too funny.. My son and I do the same thing.. He is upstairs and I am downstairs.. we IM each other all the time..

When we lived in the states I'd use my cell phone to call Jasmine when she was downstairs in "her" basement. In our house here she has her playroom in the attic. I bought some walkie talkies to use inside the house and it has changed my life. You don't realize how many times you scream at your kids until you can just calmly pickup a radio and let them know that dinner is ready.

Got the same thing for my DSis' res after getting up early! But finally got in after the reset.

I don't know if you can do it in advance. But it'd be under the Spa section if its available at all.


Finally got DSis all squared away. And between my res and hers we have Palo reservations for all 7 of us for brunch and dinner.

Bill finally got through! YEA! We were saying some not so nice things about DCL and AAA for those stressful 25 minutes! !@#$% I hope Angie stayed on to book her things.

Yeeeeaaaaaaa...we got all of the excursions we were hoping for! Good thing you all couldn't hear the choice words we had for our TA and the web site.

All is well now as we were able to book the Regatta, Palo, the Couples Cabana Massage, and the nursery. Woohoo! Here's hoping everyone gets what they are wanting.

I am off to bed now as I have an early flight to WDW. Take care everyone!

Whew! Yes, we got back in. Actually, DrHug got back in. He booked dinner at Palo Wed, brunch Mon (Sun not available) which will be canceled if the private room for Sunday comes thru. It should since I faxed the request in early Feb and I doubt they had many requests prior to that! We are doing the Butterfly Farm at St Maarten and just the Island Tour at St Thomas. Taking it a little slower this time with the 2 babies and my 82 year old mom. So now DrHug is very happy because "he got to participate for a change!" Guess who does the planning around here.

DD Sweatpea also got her fishing excursion at St Maarten and her Palo Wed night and brunch Mon same time as us. I think we are set.

I did send off an email to DU when I first could not get in and my goodness! Kelsie was as work, looked at my ressie and emailed me back in about 2 minutes! They give such good service! I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get it straightened out. LOVE DU!!

I am soooo Happy you were all able to get your reservations book.. I was worried for a minute there...

Looks like we will be seeing you at 8:15am for our Regatta Race... DH use to sail, sailboats with his ex inlaws and ex wife.. and he hasnt done it at all since we've been together.. that was one thing I felt so bad for him for cause I know he loved it.. so Im hoping he will help "crew" the sailboat..

I did read that you can't reserve hair appointments so Im going to try calling and if I cant do it that way, I guess I will be doing my own hair for formal night..

I'm still working. I started at 4PM my time, it's almost 2am now. We're in the process of moving our production environment to new / upgraded servers. So we're testing everything. Every little hickup makes us all stop and work on a solution, we have to be complete and ready for Asia to start working in about 5 hours.
