Good job with the magnets Wendy :thumbsup2

I have to get started on ours for this year :surfweb:

Thanks!
Did everyone notice that some of the discount codes are out for WDW for December? I'm hoping for a General Public code for room only, but if not we'll still have a great time! :dance3:

It's back to work for me on a gloomy, chilly Monday morning. That's the worst part of a vacation!

Wendy: Great magnets! I can't wait to see them in person!

My TA emailed me over the weekend to see if I still have an AP (I don't). So I guessed that codes were coming out! I hope there's a room-only public code, but I'm all set anyway. If there is a good and it's good enough, I might see about changing my after-cruise stay from PO Riverside to the Wilderness Lodge, but I'm not sure about that yet. We both love PO Riverside and haven't stayed there in a while.

My Dad told me to never wish time away, but my anticipation for this trip is testing that. :hourglass :rolleyes1 :surfweb:

I know what you mean. I want December cruise to get here but then when we return it is winter in Chicago. I don't want winter. Summer is too short and winter is too long.

We have tickets for baseball game tonight and I am not sure the game will be played. Supposed to rain unil Wednsday.

We just suffered through 2 days of 60s and rain.

Madison, WI got 5 inches of rain in 24 hours between midnight on the 18th and midnight on the 19th. They need another half inch of rain in the last 10 days of this month to break the record for monthly rainfall. Sounds like they will get there by tomorrow, as more rain is expected.

I had to go out and let a LOT of water out of our pool... It's one of those 18' diameter plastic pools that you take down and store each fall. It was over the top.

We got 5.83" between the 18th and now. We live on top of a hill that is all clay, and I've never seen water come in our Sump Pump, ever. Today, I went and checked, and it looks like there's a couple of inches in the bottom of it. So I know we got a LOT of rain.

Our sump pump has been pumping for 3 days now. Thankfully it is clean, clear water. Still wondering if we will get to see a ball game tonight. I hate to go all that way in rush "hours" traffic to have the game called. We live north of Chicago for 29 years, but grew up on the southside. So it is a long haul to games. Coming home is only 40 minutes because no rush "hours" traffic at 11:00ish.

How long is your daily commute, Elkhorn to Schaumburg and home again? You must have a lot of patience and good music to listen to.

I work from home 4+ days a week, so it's not too bad ;) Usually I drive in once a week.

This week, I'll be at the Microsoft Technology Center on Wacker Drive, right on the South side of the Chicago River on Wed and Thurs. For that I'll be taking the Metra in from Harvard.

I meant to say also that I work in Arlington Heights, Dundee (62) and Hwy 53 really.

I have this princess picture for Emily's (DD4) door sign too. The door sign thread is great for graphics and ideas! However, Emily also wants a "serious" princess picture too. She's 4 going on 14! :faint:

Another good day here in NC. Went to the morning meetings then played golf with my DS and a friend. :thumbsup2
