OK I've posted a lot today so I'll check out other threads for awhile.

Ok, so how cruel is that?? I hope those costumes are made of some miracle heat-wicking fibre.

My fav...the abandoned sandals. Can't wait, thanks!!

I'm excited and I wanna go Now tooooooooooooooooooo :wizard:

Just think... At this time, In 9 more Saturdays we won't be on the Dis Boards, we will be eatting dessert on the Magic.. :woohoo:

Brack,

I've gotta say... I love your pictures. Do either you or your wife scrapbook? So many people take the usual pictures, but I love the one of the sandals on the sand. That would make a great scrapbooking page! I've gotten together so many scrapbooking supplies, but haven't started yet. I'm not really the creative type and I'm afraid they won't turn out too well. :headache: But you've inspired me to start! I'm going to make sure to take some unusual pics this time.

And the Christmas photos are really getting me excited! We've never cruised at Christmas before and I can't wait to see all the differences.

Ok... funny story.

DH and I put pretty much all our purchases on one credit card. It's an airline miles card and we can wrack up some free flights this way. "All our purchases" on a daily basis amounts to groceries, gas, eating out a couple times a week, etc. But, in the last two weeks, I've put on the cruise, flights for the cruise, the hotel for the night before, travel insurance and two additional airline tickets for us to go spend Christmas with my grandmother in Alabama.

He's been working a lot lately and has really let his wardrobe go, so he decided he was ready for a change and asked a couple of "trendy" people he works with to go shopping with him today and get him outfitted.

Well, they were apparently burning up the shopping center because halfway through the day, I get a text message on my phone from him that the Credit Card company has placed a freeze on our card from all the "unusual spending trends" lately. :lmao: :rotfl2: He had to call and go through all our security information with them to verify it hadn't been stolen by some crazed Disney fan taking a whole new wardrobe on vacation with them. :lmao:

I'm thinking I'm going to give them a call before the cruise and tell them not to freeze it again if they happen to see some purchases coming from the Caribbean ;)

We both do but my DW is the "Queen" of scrapbooking! princess:

We rarely use our "formal" dining room so it is now staged with a lot her scrapbook things. The rest of the mounds of things are on shelves in the basement.:scared:

I'm trying to help her move into the "digital" scrapbook realm now. We'll see. :surfweb:

I try to "look" for the unusual shot and often go to WDW with a plan to shoot certain themes. The photography magazines tell you to always be on the look for the perfect photograph. They also say you should take your camera with you everywhere. I try.

Christmas at WDW and DCL is a real "Magical" time with lots of great photo ops. :santa:

:rotfl: I can relate to the mounds of things. I actually worked at a scrapbooking company last year in customer service. The employee discount was too much to pass up. Not to mention the employee parties where they gave away samples and such. I have a lot of everything and no idea of what to do with any of it!

I've been looking at some sites online that give examples of page layouts, so I'm working up my nerve. I figure if all else fails, I just won't show it to anyone else! :rotfl:

I have a couple of friends who do digital scrapbooking and they seem to love it. Some of their stuff turns out amazing. But even though I'm not very creative, I still like working with my hands, so I think I'll stick to paper... at least for now!

That's a good idea. :thumbsup2

We use a couple of cards each for our work and they are "used" to odd and sometimes large purchases.

I scrapbook.. umm.. err.. ok so I buy more supplies on sale then I actually scrap but still..

I have scrapbooked a bunch of pages but they are all of disney :rolleyes1 I don't think there is a place in Disney I can take a picture of because I already have it..

I even have pictures of garbage cans decorated with snowflakes from Epcot :sad2:

Same... then I get into the vicious cycle of buying organizational tools for all the supplies I have that I never use! :rolleyes1

One picture I want to remember to take is one I saw posted somewhere else... just my toes at the end of a hammock looking out over the water at Castaway Cay.

Does that mean you'll be getting a pedicure at the Spa before Castaway? :thumbsup2
