I'll go a head and get a quote from DU and compare that to Disney online. Of course I don't have my Castaway #....and I can't find my Disney credit card. I wonder if I cancelled it after the last cruise...? I may need to apply for another one! Or just get the miles on my Capital One card! That will work! I'll keep you guys posted. My daughters are currently 10 and 8, when we cruise they will be 11 and ALMOST 10 (in September) Our friend who will be joining has 2 daughters as well and they will be 9 and 4 when we cruise.

This cruise (8/15/09) was #2 on our list to book, but the 10/24/09 cruise won out because 10/24 is our wedding anniversary. My DW and I get to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary as well sailaway from Port Canaveral, I can't think of a better way to celebrate!!!

You are cruising with my ole group!! Watch out, they are a pretty crazy bunch! You'll have a great time with them!

I have a stupid question, is there a shortcut to pick up where you left off on a thread rather than having to click on different pages to find where you left off? I never remember what page I last read so it usually takes me a few pages to find where I left off.

There's something called a BBC which is fresh banana, Baileys and coconut rum (ie: Malibu) - I haven't had one onboard but devoured a few in Barbados last year! OMG they are a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!!! Kind of a dessert substitute...

The big surprise for me was a Raspberry Martini I had in the Promenade Lounge on our last night. That was gorgeous and I really didn't think I liked martinis. We'd had a weaker version at the onboard auction and pledged to try a full-fat offering - well worth it, I say...

Nancy and Jeff tried to get me to sign up for the 10/20/07 cruise many times. Only thing was, our DD had just started her Senior Year of high school and 10/20 was also her final Homecoming Dance, she wasn't about to miss that for anything, not even a DCL cruise.......

I am an amateur! Just ask my co-workers that I went out with last Friday night! I had every intention of drinking more on the cruise but I think my bar bill for the week was around $20.00. That's pathetic I tell you!

YES! My sister got one before we cruised and it actually looked good, although she was more pale in the end of cruise pictures than the beginning. I will have to remember to do that.

I usually don't delete the last email auto-generated email I get from DIS on this thread subscription. When I click on the link it usually takes me to the next post from my last visit. You all posted 5-6 pages worth through the day today, but when I linked from my email it took to the next post from where I left off this morning.

You mean this Sue (Florida Sun) and her DD Vicki? We met them at a mini DISmeet in WDW in August 2005, very sweet and lovely people!!!
