One of my friends selected his wedding date (May 6, 1978) to ensure he would never forget his anniversary - 5-6-78. He hasn't forgotten in 31 years!

You know, I think the US military would say it is 8-7-09. I think its day, month, year, but I could be wrong. My parents and my fil have always done it that way and they are air force.

How cool is that! If you follow the whole "golden birthday" thing, it is even neater. My DH turned 33 on 03/03/03 and he was born at 3:33.
