Gosh...I haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in years! Those prices are great for all the food you say you get...wow!

We've had several trips where we've been driving to WDW on TG Day and I 2nd (or is it 3rd? ) Cracker Barrel.

Thanksgiving we're eating at Yak & Yeti for lunch and Trails End at Ft. Wilderness for dinner seeing as we aren't camping this time around, we figured we'd better get our Ft. Wilderness fix somehow. Plan is to watch Wishes from the beach there afterwards.

It sounds like the cruise docs are arriving fast and furious through the mail Hopefully those of you that are still waiting will hear something soon.

Gailyn - sorry you still feel so icky - hope you feel better soon and you don't have to go in.

Michelle - how wierd that you are going to be gone the week before too and still nothing?

It's fun to see everyone posting more and you can just feel the excitement building.

I know, it's sad that I haven't gotten any docs yet, but as long as they come before I leave on the 19th I will be ok. It's those baggage tags I want. LOL

Trek on down towards my neck of the woods, Rachael! There is one in East Windsor, right off 91 North, Exit 45.

Hard to believe we are closing in on ONE MONTH/30 days til the cruise. Making me more and more frantic about all I still have to plan/buy/pack!

We have a plubmer coming tomorrow (mystery leak from the hall shower) I am hoping he will not give me horrible news on what it will take to fix it. Everyone please send plumber pixie dust!

Kids have no school tomorrow (teacher in-service day) and we have an orthodontist appointment at noon, along with me putting in 1/2 day work from the house. Should be a nice and crazy day here!

This weather is bizarre...it was pretty cold last week and now we are in the 70s. No wonder everyone is getting sick. Just as long as we all hold out until after the cruise!

Off to check on my PC stash for some prospective buyers and work on my list of things to do for the cruise...

DH, DD, & I are thinking of joining this cruise. My Mom (age 62) passed away in June of ovarian cancer. My Dad (age 67) moved in with us a month ago, and he is now under the care of hospice, and we are his primary caregivers. He has terminal lymphoma. We took a 5 day trip on the Wonder in August, but knowing my Dad will not be here more than a few weeks, we are contemplating another cruise. DCL is my happy place. It's either this one or a 4 day on 11/28. We will be booking last minute as we don't know what is happening with my Dad. Hope to be joining you all!

Cindy - thanks for the advice ... called up my TA and we're now on 1st seating...yea!!! Frankly, I'd prefer 2nd seating, but with a 3yo, don't think we'll make it.

Hope everyone gets their cruise dos soon. Maybe for those who are still waiting, DCL is looking to upgrade you at the last minute??!!

Thanks so much for the pixie dust! If we do end up booking, I will work on small gifts and just surprise my DD with them every day instead of FE, no worries at all. Hopefully we can be onboard to escape and enjoy some much needed family time!

If you do book I'd say let everyone know your cabin number as some of us probably have some extras and if it can help get your little ones mind off the sadness for even a moment I will have some trinkets to leave in the FE even if u r not "official".

But that is only if you book transportation and/or air through Disney, right?

We book our own transportation (cheaper and can do a beverage stop), so we can't use onboard check in.

Plumber update: They were here for an hour (so not TOO pricey), but didn't find anything which is good and bad. He said no leaks in the plumbing, but thinks it may be the tiles in the shower that need to be recaulked and the water can seep in there and then travel until it escapes.

DH is not happy that I told him he needs to do more caulking in the bathroom and he needs to pull out all the nasty insulation from the ceiling in the garage (where the pipes are) and then maybe we can see where the leak REALLY is coming from, and then replace the insulation. The insulation is basically shot anyway.

So...not that expensive (which is nice) but still no real answer on the leak.

Rainy but warm/muggy day today here in CT....
