what happened to my countdown? I know I was at 118 days yesterday adn today it says 122....

that is SO not nice to mess with someone's countdown...I live for that countdown!!!

ETA: and after I post this....it goes back to the real countdown. Wow - those are some bizarre computer gremlins!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome. We really can't wait for this vacation to get here. This will be the first time we have traveled without kids.

Last time we were in Cozumel we got off the ship walked to Dolphinaris, walked back to the port and shopped. We were lucky enough to stay in port until 1 am that night and went back out after dinner. We had no problems at all. I think as long as your not out by yourself your good. The locals were great and always treated us well.

Jeff, enjoy the cruise. I can't wait for a report.

I totally missed your previous post! Welcome! Good to hear about Cozumel...we were planning on getting off anyway. One of the main reasons I want to do this itinerary is to see Mexico!

Got our passporter yesterday too. Something to take on the plane!

Packing hasn't really begun yet in earnest.

Tons of work to do.

Still a lot of errands to run.

Well Thursday is coming whether I like it or not so I guess we'll have it all ready to get on the flight!

I'm sure everyone is off frantically reading their Passporters! Patiently waiting on mine... but I only just ordered it so I'm sure it will be a while.

I am nervous to start doing anything for the FE just because of the way the numbers have jumped recently, but I have pondered it and done a bit of scouting around

Tonya - 100+ is awful!!

we had horrible heat and humidity for the last few weeks, but this week and past weekend have been BEAUTIFUL! Warm, but not hot. No humidity and a nice breeze. So nice to finally have the windwos open instead of having the AC on! And, my wallet will thank me since the last electric bill was CRAZY from the AC!

I haven't really cracked my new passporter yet. I think I need to get in the mood. LOL

How exciting for you getting to go on your first cruise. Feel free to ask all the questions you want. This will be our 6th cruise, 1st without kids.

I get to do my reservations on August 14. We are meeting friends in both Key West and Couzmel. Grand Cayman is my DH Birthday so will be doing the Stingray Adventure.

Welcome Shelley! If you read through earlier posts on our thread you can find a link to that logo that one of our members made for us (and I love!)

This is only our 2nd cruise, last year we did a 3 night to try it out and LOVED it. We booked this one while on board. I'm sure you will have a blast!

Tonya - It's my DH's birthday the day we are at CC. There's going to be a lot of celebrations for this group - a wedding, birthdays and anniversaries...we're a celebrating bunch!!

Darcy - I'm super-envious of your weather!! Of course I don't want your cold in the winter though! H-O-T here today too...100+ degrees with heat indexes in the 110+! I'm just grateful for AC! We don't usually get to open windows for cooler temps until November.

I'm still waiting on my Passporter I preordered the first day of preorders AND paid for priority mail. Hope it shows up today.
We make our excursion ressies on the 14th and I hate trying to look at the excursions online.

I'm going to have to check out the FE website....

Thanks for the warm welcome. My DS is going to be turning 13 in December and we are celebrating his birthday on the cruise. My friend Jeff assures me that celebrating a birthday on a Disney Cruise is the best way to go.
