Oh boy I'm not gonna have Internet or phone access until may 3. How quickly does free dining "sell out"?

If you have a Disney visa you should still be able to get in before the General public release the next Monday 5-5. At that rate, you could still get a good choice a few weeks after free dining since people will more than likely change resorts to book FD which could open up rooms.

Booked my September 2014 Disney vacation a few days ago. It will be my DD and myself and we are staying at All-Star Sports for the first time. We have stayed a few times at ASMovies, once at Pop and once at Shades of Green (was sponsored by a friend). Really looking forward to visiting Disney again!!

Ok well I don't have a Disney Visa card so I'll be able to book 5/5 you're saying (if this FD is indeed released on 5/1). I have All Star Movies already booked for September 23-October 3... Is All star movies included in FD or has it been excluded like for RO discounts? Can I just call to get it added onto my reservation? Just trying to figure out the chances of getting FD if I'm not able to pre book as a Visa card holder. It sounds so popular I don't wanna miss out!!:sad2:

If FD is released on May 1, then the next Monday it should be out for GP (based on history). They do not always do a Disney visa release first but they usually do and that is what all the "experts" (not me) are saying this time around.

I am not sure if ASMo has or has not been included in the past. If it is included you can call and have then add it to your reservation. but you may want to have some backup resorts (or even room types) ready in case that is excluded. You may need to switch to AS Music to get free dining.

If FD is released to DV early, you should have a few days to look at different resorts and decide if need be, but it is good to have a few backups in mind in case they do go fast.

Please add me to the list. We are booked for September 6th through 13th and will be attending MNSSHP on 9/12/14. We are staying at POP and patiently awaiting FD :crazy2: I hate to wish summer away, but I can't wait for September to get here so that we can finally be home again pixiedust:

No Animal Kingdom?

We have stayed at POR a few times and every time walk to POFQ for dinner, pool and movie son the lawn. We just like exploring. I don't know how long your trip is but what about a split stay? We did POR & BC last year to coincide with FD and will be doing a split stay again this year with CBR & AKL savannah view. Mouse keeping and bell Hop make transferring easy and it was such a delight. We made sure we went rush rush the first half and ten slowed down and really enjoyed the resort the last half.

Can you tell me how far the walk is to POFQ, and is it easier and faster then the boat? Thank you.

The walk between POR and POFQ is a nice 10 minute walk or so. You could take the boat if it there when you get to the dock. Depending on the time it gets there or leaves you might have a longer wait.

Nothing concrete yet, but looks like we're 9/7 - 9/13 at All-Star Movies. We've done the Halloween party before, not sure if we'll go this year. We're doing something totally different this trip and doing 2 days in the water parks. The kids love the water. We've never been to Disney water parks, so I'm excited to see them. They look like a lot of fun. :cool1:

I'm new to this site but definitely not new to disney! We'll be more than likely at Movies the week of 9/8. My kids will be 5 and almost 3, and it will be their second visit! (The first time they were 3 and 13 months, so we're anticipating a much more productive trip this time!) I'm excited that we'll probably be there for our first MNSSHP. (And hopefully free dining too!)

Looking forward to hearing everyone's September plans!

Did anyone else hear that a free dining offer for September is coming out next week?!?! It's supposed to be released to Visa card holders on May 1st and the public a few days later. Also heard that it will only be for the month of September, other fall dates may be offered it at a later time. :)

I have a bounce back offer for my dates, 09/27-10/04/2014 not certain of all the dates but it is free dining. So it could be a good indicator for a free dining general promotion.

Please add us to the list!!! 9/21-10/2 split stay between BLT/BCV and MNSSHP!!! So excited!!!

I might try to squeeze some AK in there some where, but it will only be for a couple shows. There are no rides we do there unless my dd wants to do the safari again.

The safari is one of the best rides there without a doubt!
