My son graduated in the spring and his loans are now coming due. We took care of the federal loans already, but he has four separate private loans that were not eligible for the federal program. Total is about 13,000.00. It seems not many banks out there are doing the private consolidations any longer. If you have done this, please tell me the bank you used and your thoughts on the process.
