‘Haunted Mansion Holiday,’ ‘”it’s a small world” Holiday’ Soundtracks

After introducing several older (and current) theme park-only albums to the digital download sector this year, Walt Disney Music continues the trend with the soundtracks to two of the Disneyland Resorts traditions  Haunted Mansion Holiday and its a small world Holiday. Both soundtracks will be available beginning September 10, 2013 and are currently listed on Amazon.

Initially released in 2003, Haunted Mansion Holiday features the vocal talents of Corey Burton. Jack Skellington of Tim Burtons Nightmare Before Christmas fame, who temporarily takes up residence in the parks classic Haunted Mansion attraction, pays tribute to several classic Christmas carols with a nightmarish twist. The album also features a recorded ride-through of the holiday overlay.

The its a small world Holiday soundtrack, initially released in 1999, is a bit more modest, consisting of just two tracks: Fanfare and Clock Parade by Richard Sherman; and the ride-through, written by Richard and Robert Sherman.
