YouFirst Blue member upgrade

Hello everyone!

I'm going to be staying at PBH when I visit next week and this will be my first time as a Blue member. Yay! Haha! I was just wondering what the chances are for a room upgrade. Since I know it's *based on availability...has anyone received an upgrade before being a blue member? Hopefully I'll qualify for Gold soon!

If you look at the YouFirst chart for perks at blue level, it will explain how to get the upgrade

If I remember correctly, you qualify for the upgraded room at time of check in at blue level

Hope there is a vacancy and you get the upgrade on your view !

Good luck! I've asked for any available upgrade several times while a Blue level member, but one has never been available for me.

If there is one available, you would be upgraded to a bay view from a booked garden view at PBH.
