Yoga classes on disney dream

Hey! So I heard that there are yoga classes on the Disney cruise boats. This is my family's first time on a Disney cruise and I was wondering, are the yoga and pilates classes free? Do they supply the yoga mats or do I have to bring one? Thanks!

It was free when we sailed on the Dream in 2011. No mats during the yoga, we stood outside in the sun (morning at about 8am) for the yoga.

I enjoyed it very much.

On the Fantasy last June it was next to the pool on deck 11 at about 8:00 am, I am packing my own mat for upcoming cruise. It was free but I don't recall if they supplied mats or not.

What do you wear? Barefoot?

You can easily do it with no experience, typical workout clothes are fine to wear and you should be barefoot.

I have also been told there are yoga classes on Castaway Cay...is this true as well? I am totally looking to do this. Have been doing yoga only since end of October and love it

Ooooo I've always meant to go to a yoga class but was never sure if there was a cost now that I know there isn't will take along my mat and enjoy some outside yoga in Alaska!

Just want to confirm - there are no mats? Did you do things like downward dog or poses on the ground and were they uncomfortable? Thank you!

I did yoga on the Fantasy in May, and they brought up mats from the fitness center.
