WWYD? F&W vs Cali Grill

We usually go to WDW in Aug, but are doing our first Oct trip this year. We are currently planning to do a Mon night at Epcot for F&W without the kiddos, and a few booths on Wed with the kids.

Will this be enough time at F&W? Or should I cancel a ADR for Cali Grill (on a Sat night) and plan 2 night for F&W without the kids?

I would keep your Cali Grill ADR at this point. After the Monday eve F&W visit, and the Wednesday F&W visit, you will have until anytime Friday to cancel your ADR. Your thoughts about Saturday evening should be more clear then. Local weather could be a consideration. No sense cancelling that ADR now.
