Woven material in doors of boutiki?

Does anyone know where I can get the woven material that is inset into the door panels at the Poly's boutiki store? It's some kind of grass mat with a diamond pattern woven in it. I can't find anything like it on the net. Thanks.

I haven't personally seen the panel's you're talking about, but could you use cut up place mats, table runners, floor mats or window coverings to get the look you want? They do things like this on HGTV sometimes.
