Just reserved 4 for 3/26. I'll report back! Thanks to op for posting!
A Dream is a Wish Your Heart MakesI'm hoping it wasn't a dream 'cause I'd prefer having foresight of an upcoming, never-before-released-event be something more beneficial than a WOC dessert party. The one we attended/paid for did not have high tops, rather fold up wood chairs and the desserts were brought out for each one of us on trays. Yes, the goodies got wet when the wind blew just right.
Has anyone been able to get an AP discount on this?
We saw a rat near the shuttles at dlr years ago. We still joke we saw the real Mickey Mouse.
How early can you book this? I'm going in mid-August.
I observed (did not participate) the WOC dessert party last night (second night of the party), a few comments (photos and map later).
- Most chairs are high canvas "directors" chairs.
- There are some normal height tables with folding chairs.
- Location is one level down from the rear walkway, previously blue fastpass. A trellis covered part of this area, but was removed (a year ago).
- Views look good, I have watched the show many times from that exact location.
- Two rows of tables with space between and behind for servers and guests to easily move (quite a lot of space).
- Guests were escorted to their seats, very organized process (seemed a little slow).
- Line formed at a clearly marked location at the rear walkway, with a cast member at a podium.
- Non-Alcoholic drinks were served in lighted "Made with Magic" cups, which sold for $25 last year. These are no longer available (perhaps clearing only stock?).
Waiters serve everything to each table, there is no self serve.Could you tell if it was like the F! Dessert party with a box or a serve yourself kind of thing?
