Worked with a model today!

    Actually, I needed work playing with my SB600 flash.
    So, my neighbors loaned me their adorable little boy.
    THis was a much diffferent game than shooting the castle at WDW!!! LOL

    I learned a lot and the parents were happy (dad got tearful when he saw the first shot.

    Seriously, though guys--would appreciate critiques about how these could have been improved.

    I know I blew the focus here, but his expression was priceless. Would you buy that I was trying to go for a "soft focus" on this little fella? :rolleyes1

    Decided to play with natural light a bit, too. Background is a bit busy for my taste.

    ...hanging in all the places of honor in their home! Other than "stick with things that don't move, except for dogs", got any advice on these?

    nice lighting... photographing kids can be tough.
