Wonder's EBPC 9/12/14 Who's Going With Us!

is anyone bring kids and how old???

Not us. Kids will be too old at this point to pull out of school for two weeks. Besides, I'm kinda looking forward to two week with just the wife and I. Haven't had that much alone time in a very long time.

If the Disboards had a "like" button i would have pushed it;)

I don't have kids. I have a golden retriever, a cat, and a gold fish that apparently I can't bring....

Hi Everyone,
This is a really active board for a cruise that is almost 1-1/2 years away. We are Betty and Armando:wave2::wave2:. This will be our 7th cruise with Disney. In the past we cruised with our kids and grandkids, but we did cruise without kids on the WBTA in 2010 and really enjoyed the experience. We are retired and now have the time to visit all the places we never had time to visit. Sorry to all of you who have to get up for work every morning.

We live in Los Angeles and have gone to Disneyland numerous times from the time it opened (as kids, we are ancient, but not that ancient). We will be taking Amtrak from LA to San Diego and most likely staying over night at one of the hotels near the port. It seems a more convenient option than driving to San Diego and parking for 2 weeks, flying back from MCO and making the 2 hour drive back from San Diego.

I've lived in LA all my life, so I may be able to answer any questions about navigating the city or sight seeing that you might have.
