WL or French Quarter for Oct.?

My DD wants to go to MNSSHP, and I was wondering which resort would be better for the Halloween mood. Truth be known, I'm just having a really hard time picking a resort this time! Or if you think another resort would set the mood. Thanks!

We stayed at WL for MSSHP October 2009 and LOVED it. The location was great...it only took a few minutes to ride the boat over to MK. We are thinking of going back this October and are seriously thinking about staying there again.

I would go with the Wilderness Lodge because you are less then 5 minutes away from the Magic Kingdom and since that is where MNSSHP takes place, in my opinion it makes the most sense to stay there.
