If you're having trouble getting into Wizard101, just know you're not alone. You probably noticed that our website is down as well, so I thought I'd post here as an alternative for the fans who visit this site too.

This downtime surprised us too, so I'll keep you informed as I know more.

Yes they care about their players.

I think they were a little clumsy when the game went live, but they bounced back and I am happy to see they continue to care as they did in beta.
