...but does a reservation time of 8:10pm mean that you booked after the people who got times of 8:00pm and will get a further back table? I know people stand for the fireworks anyway, just curious.

What am I doing wrong? Or do I have to call?

Also when people stand at the railings to watch the show, is there enough railing space for everyone so were not having to stand behind anyone?

I got a 9:00 for 11/26 - does that mean I can't get in until 9:00? Or does everyone have access to the party whenever they open it (around 8?) and I because I have the 9:00 I just have a back table

If your time is for 9 that means Wishes is at 10pm. People will start lining up 30- 60 mins before 9pm, at 9 the CM's will start checking in, giving wristbands and escorting people to their tables.

Where your table is located is based on how soon you booked after ADRs first opened which was 7pm yesterday

Finally booked after months of obsessing!! 11/12 at 8pm for 5!! Now all I have to do is order our Photo Pass+!! Whew!

So....now that I have my reservation....how does it work? I see different times. Do you watch fireworks from different are than where you eat dessert?

I just noticed that the rest of November is open including Thanksgiving (it was not open yet yesterday and this morning).

For those trying to book on IPad or Iphone - if you cannot change the number of people form 2, you may want to try to book it from the main page. I am able to book it by getting to the main dining reservation page, plugging in my dates, 9 PM time and number of people. I do not narrow the search (although you probably could narrow it to just dining event). Then I hit search, and once all restaurants and events pop in, I scroll to Tomorrowland Party and choose the time. I can also at that point choose Tomorrowland Party and get to the calendar page. Number of people will stay the same if I run main search first for that number of people. Then I can check different dates for desired number of people.

We went to the party November last year - I booked it right after November opened. We had a seat at the railig but all the way towards the right. It was not the best place, and people were standing in front of us anyway. so it does not really mater where you sit as long as you able to get it.

I was really bummed last night when I couldn't get Thanksgiving. That was all my son had asked to do during our trip so I wanted to get it before the rest of the family came down. Well for the heck of it I tried this morning and I got Thanksgiving! I am so excited. He is going to be so surprised! So it will be myself my ds10 and my dd9! Yay

January is finally getting closer! Anyone have an opinion to share with me please? I'm trying to decide on a date - we'll be in MK on Wednesday and Friday of our trip, Friday being the last day in WDW. We've got an 8:15 res at CP for Wednesday as Tuesday is our free/pool/DTD day, so an early morning the next day should be easiest Sooo, a long day on Wednesday with the DP or go on Friday and have it be the very last thing we do? I think I'm irrationally paranoid because I was at DLR one year for NYE and after looking forward to the fireworks SO much the weather was so poor you couldn't see a lick. Trying to minimize the chance of a let down...

We just got back from WDW a week ago and we did the dessert party twice during our 9 days. Well worth it and the kids couldn't wait to go the second time. The desserts are tasty but really just having a place to sit, relax and watch the Castle projection show nad the fireworks make it worth while.

This is on our "to-do" list when we go back.

Finally, able to book Nov 30th for 7 at 9PM. What a relief! I was concerned yesterday that the 28th, 29th, and 30th were not going to be eligible, but it looks like the Mouse took pity on us and opened the rest of the month. Now it is time to plan the FastPasses.... Thank you all for your timely information, insight, and guidance! See you there!

Monday, November 18

Interesting, went online here and noticed no dates open. I called disney, and they said they are only taking through October 31. I asked them to check again, knowing that others started booking last night. Apparently they have not updated the CM information board (as told to me by the cm).
So, ask them to check again if a CM mentions it hasn't opened yet.
