Wiring final payment

just looking in to the best deal for wiring our final payment for our DVC and wondering who you used to send the final payment.

Can't offer any suggestions for that because we never wired. Just mailed it. It usually takes a couple of days for them to receive documents from the sellers who have to get things notarized so we never felt it was with the cost just to get it there and have it sit. And our payment was still always there first.

Is this for resale or direct? If resale, then the title company would be the one who would give you that information, but you have to email them to request it . For direct, I unfortunately have no idea, but DVC certainly would know!

it's resale, we do have all the info of where to send it to, but wanting to know if people just used their bank which charge a fee or a company like http://www.hifx.co.uk/

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. We went with our bank and added on the wire fee that the title company requested as well. With all of the fees involved, it was just one additional one and not huge. Maybe someone else has used one of the discount transfer companies and can weigh in.
