What Signature restaurants offer Wine Pairings on their menus?

I know Victoria & Alberts does, but what other ones provide this service?

Any reviews out there?

Most, if not all, of the signature restaurants have a suggested wine listed below each main course.

For example (obviously not from an actual menu):

Seared beef tenderloin, blue cheese mashed potatoes
2002 Chateau Mickey

Herb crusted salmon, roasted fingerling potatoes, spinach
2006 Goofy Pinot Noir

Thanks. I guess I am looking more for like a Wine Flight that you can order and you can get smaller glasses of different wines with each course.

Artist Point has the sort of thing you are looking for. However, I wouldn't characterize the glasses as "smaller" as you got full servings of three wines.

We have done wine flights at Citricos and Flying Fish in addition to AP. At Jiko and CG, we order full bottles so I can't comment on those. I believe we also did some sort of pairing at Bistro de Paris also.
