Hi Diser's!!!

Long time lurker coming out of hiding and doing a dining report hopefully - have to figure out posting pictures and all the happy tricks you all do so well.

Who are we???

Me - Koda Bear(43)life long lover Disney but I never went to Disney as a kid - made my first trip to the world back in 1995 when DD was 5 and now have made many trips to WDW - think this trip might have been 15 or 16 and we have done DL once and the cruise once. Food wise getting better at trying new things but do not like foods that have smells - especially fish but did try a couple of bites this trip which for me is a really big step!

DD - I shall call her Panic for this report (we did the MNSSHP one night when we were there and we dressed as Pain & Panic). She is 23 and she will try a lot more things then me. Right before we planned our trip last December she decided her new goal was that she needs to eat at all of the dining locations in Disney and to stay at all the different hotels (we have knocked out all the values and almost all the moderates and one deluxe so far). So for this trip I took the free dining bounce back offer we got in December and upgraded it to the deluxe so that we could knock out a lot more places. Another one of her goals that we are working on that relates to Disney is that we are watching all the movies in the Great Movie Ride.

When???

September 17 - September 24:cool1:

Where????

7 Nights at Port Orleans French Quarter (not a new resort this time - we had stayed here back in 2007 when we did the cruise but it had just been refurbished)

So where did we eat with 42 ts and 28 snack credits???

The line up............

Le Cellier 9/17 lunch - was a repeat for us
Flying Fish 9/17 dinner - new
Kona 9/18 lunch - new
Citricos 9/18 dinner- new
Via Napoli 9/19 lunch - new
La Hacienda 9/19 dinner - new
Crystal Palace 9/20 breakfast - repeat
Tea at the GF - afternoon snack OOP repeat
Tony's - 9/20 dinner - new
Prime Time - 9/21 lunch - repeat
Artist Point - 9/21 dinner - new
Wave - 9/22 breakfast - new
Teppan Edo - 9/22 lunch - repeat
California Grill - 9/22 dinner new
Tusker House - 9/23 lunch - sort of new - last time we ate here it was a CS
Jiko - 9/23 dinner - new
Liberty Tree Tavern -9/24 lunch - repeat

So Panic got to knock off 11 new places off the list.

So still getting all the pictures off the cameras and getting them uploaded and have to get my receipts and menus together so hopefully tomorrow I can try getting to the good stuff - the FOOD PORN - the stuff we come here for :rotfl:
There will also be some bonus porn - Aldut beverage Porn:rolleyes1 and a bunch of Disney birthday treats as I celebrated my birthday on this trip.

Looking forward to your reviews! I have the same goals as your daughter! We have stayed at most of the Deluxe Resorts and are working thru the others. We hit a few new dining spots this past trip but still have quite a few more to go!

Love the title! I can tell you when we left WDW in May after the deluxe dining plan we didn't eat for like 2 days when we went to Universal afterwards :lmao:

In! We were at Disney the same dates you were, and ate at some of the same places, so I'm really interested in hearing your thoughts!:thumbsup2

I'm in and ready to read all about this fabulous trip !! We did the same week last year for my birthday!!! So happy belated birthday!!! :goodvibes

Hi Everyone!!

Got most of my picutes loaded up but am having problems posting them - working on trying to post pictures but having issues and my brain is shutting down after a very long day trying to catch up at work.

Hang with me please!!

Hi all - think i have my picture problem sorted out - I hope!!!

Day One -

We had a 7:00AM flight out of Newark (was supposed to be 6:15AM but Continental changed our flight time and we lost 45 minutes in Disney but Panic got to sleep a little later which is a good thing). The night before while I was grocery shopping for my cat sitter I found these cuties for our snack on the plane.
