Will disney have fast pass + and magic band out in november

Hello there all just asking if any of u know if there is going to be any chance of fast pass + and the magic bands been available four us we are stopping in old key west for 3 weeks traveling out on November 8th thank you

I don't think that anything has been announced year for November. October seems to have all Disney resorts included by months end, so it seems likely that there will be FP+ and MB in Nov, just to sure to what degree or where. Should know in the next couple of weeks or so, from what I can gather.
