Why can't I log Out?

Why can't I log out so another family member can log in? When we click on "log out", it asks if we want to, but when we click "yes", it still has me logged in.

Diane, your computer cookies are logging you back in automatically. If you clear the cookies, then you should be able to log out and have someone else log in.

It may not be sufficient to just clear the DIS cookies. You may have to clear ALL your cookies (using your browser's Options menu). Unfortunately if you do that you may be clearing cookies you want to keep (such as automatic log on's for other sites)

ACk, Thanks, Bill. I know we have done it before, but it just recently started not letting us log in and out.
