Why are microwave manufacturers all so stupid?

Why is it that every microwave I've ever owned always has "WEIGHT/TIME DEFROST" instead of "TIME/WEIGHT DEFROST"?

I use the time cycle defrost 99 out of a 100 times. We need to start a revolution. Who's with me?!?!?!

Mine says "Auto/Time Defrost." Never use that feature though.

I never use the timed defrost, only the weight. So, to me, it's in the correct order.

I use timed defrost. Whenever I have used weight in any microwave that I've owned it had not gone well.
