Which Restaurants offer Personalized menus?

I know I read on here that Coral Reef will do a personalized menu for you, and I seem to remember that Victoria and Alberts will do one. Are there any other restaurants that offer this service? TIA! --Katie

Took my sis to Yachtsmen for her birthday and they had one for you and this wonderful birthday dessert and even sang to her. Nice.

We've also gotten them at Artist Point and Narcoossee's.

1) Any sit-down restaurant with non-laminated menus can do personalized.
2) It just depends upon the mood of the CM's.

1) You need to contact the eatery independently.
2) Then, hope you get a cooperating CM.
3) Personalized menus is not something they MUST do.
4) It is a favor.
5) And sometimes the CM's are too busy or just don't want to do it.
