FWIW you will probably spend more time looking for it and standing in line to check out at WoD (unless you are going anyway after other stuff) than it would be to just get one at Epcot. Either entrance the first gift shop you come to has them (either under Spaceship Earth and the IG entrance gift shop). As well as the gift shops at the entrance to the WS and all the countries.
